What's the best way to change my 67 Camaro from a auto to a 4 speed?

find a 67 camaro that came with a 4 spd and use the parts from it

easy to say hard to find! if you cant find the parts ...use a cross-refrence parts list catalog.
Altho if you have the money, just order your parts from one of the many camaro resto shop..suchas classic industries, paddock,year-one..you get the picture

another way might be to go get the clutch setup out of a 2nd, 3rd or 4th gen and then buy your tranny.. not good if you want it origional but then again who can tell??
