Question Auto to a stick

I asked this yesterday but it seems to have gotten lost. Anyone wild enough to have switched an 87' Cutlass Supreme from an auto to a stick??

I personally have not but I think it would
be tough to find the proper clutch and brake
pedal assembly. Some cars can interchange but it is very hard to find. It took me three years to
convert a 1977 Skylark from an auto to manual
and I had the bellhousing, tranny, clutch and flywheel. They sat in the garage for nearly three years until I found a 1976 Nova with a four speed and I robbed the cluth pedals and brake pedals from that. It was an exausting experience.
But it was a lot more fun after. Good luck on your journey.

Did you read my reply on the engine board? I believe the aftermarket is stepping up to the plate to recreate the factory stock pieces to make this swap happen. If you are converting to Chevy power then at least now you don't have to search for a BOP manual trans bell housing.

Skylark, do you have any pics of your conversion??
