Autographed Ed Big Daddy Roth Pic
Hi everyone, Does anyone have any idea of the value of an autographed Ed "Big Daddy" Roth picture, in it's original envelope (4 cent stamp) circa early '60's? My father passed away and I am unsure if this is of any value. Thanks for your help! Laura

not to sound like a rear....
but like anything, its subject to price and demand. you could find someone here willing to give $5 for it. or $500. he was like a, no he was more than a cult hero. he was Ed Big Daddy Roth. in some circles, you couldn't use his pic as a coaster for the tea.
 well i guess you couldn't do that here either.  if you or any of your kids value anything automotive, hold on to it, cos' it's priceless. but if you don't care about automobilia, then get rid of it. who needs all that junk sitting around collecting dust? if you think Weimers trying to undercut you, you could always try ebay. the ultimate determination of value. either way, i don't think you'll be repainting the house with the proceeds. Hey Laura, I like Weimer would love to get a signed Ed Roth pic. To be honest though, you should probably put it on Ebay or something like that. It should sell at around $20 though. Just my opinion!

Any Ed stuff is hot right now. I'd hold on to it, or put it on ebay with a reserve. I have a friend that had some knives made by Von Dutch, and after his death those things went through the roof! He also had a gun made by Dutch that he paid $1500 and after his death the guns were selling in the 5-6k range. Ed will follow suit since he was loved by many. Since the card is from the 60's that puts a higher value on it.

  Sorry for the fuzzy pics...But a few years ago my wife and I got to hang out with Ed for a couple of hours at a carshow...We ate lemon pie and drank rootbeers then when we were leaving he gave this to me as a token of his friendship....he said he really enjoyed our company...I never got a chance to see him again before he passed away, but I wish that i would've.
