autolite 4300A Square Bore & 2100 1.14 questions

i found a nice autolite 4300A Square Bore at the scrap metal yard today but it has NO NUMBERS anywhere, only a "V" with an "o" in it's center inside of a circular casting stamp on the top of the carb, passengers-side of the fuel inlet. i'm trying to find out the CFM and applications of this carb.

ALSO: i found an autolite 2100 2bbl carb with a 1.14 marking which means that it's a 300cfm. would this be too much carb for a chevy 235 six that's .30 overbore?
