B&M shift kit insallation
I need to know how hard is it to install a B&M shift kit in a turbo 350 tranny. thanks

Not very hard at all.My brother and I installed
one in 15 minutes.It's a snap.Just watch out for the small ball bearings.They get lost easily.

You might look at the Transgo products..B&M just builds ALOT of pressure.just my .02 worth

I put one of those >$30.00 shift kits in a 350 Turbo. The little ball shifted to a spot to where is was not supposed to be. The result was a lot of hunting for correct gear at between 20 to 30 MPH. Also as soon as I took off transmission would shift from first to second before building up torque. I called all the 800 tech lines but no real answers. I bought a Transco kit from Summitt Racing which is easy to install with great instructions including a video. That is when I found the misplaced ball. The Transco kit is woth the $ 60.00 or so bucks. It kind of boils down that you get what you pay for.. GOOD LUCK davesr@trianglesalesusa.com

Heres a tip to hold those ball bearings in place use vaseline on them wont hurt anything its pretty easy just take your time good luck
