Back from the stoneage...

Yep its me, back from the technological void known as Northern Nevada. I'm kinda glad that I didn't have the computer to distract me over the summer so I got a lot of stuff done on the stude.
I built a new set of lover control arms that lowered the car another inch in front, installed new durlin bushings in the front end, put two inch blocks in the back, ran the exhaust all the way out the back, touched up some paint and topped it all off with a new set of wide whites and my old rims stripped down and rattle canned black. I don't have any really good pics of the car on the computer yet, but I will soon. I just set up my new photo album and theres some cool stuff in there if you want to look. Hey HK...theres a shot of my TR6 in there; its not pretty but it runs at least (well, it did before I took it all apart). I went to some good shows including Paso Robles and Hot August Nights, and even fit in a little pinstriping. Well....I won't waste any more server space, I'll post some pics when I get em
Its good to be back

P.S. I liked the "girly" (as you put it) pinstripe star. It reminded me of that bowling alley in The Big Lebowski!

Congratulations on all the hard work. Sounds like you had a great summer. Glad to have ya come back. Had some minor scuffles with trolls but nothing too interesting. Looking forward to the pics.

I wondered what happened to the other half of the colorblind contingent. It is very good to see your voice. I got two words for you: Pho Toes

"the technological void known as Northern Nevada." ???

Man..... and we put in the lektricity and everthin....

I like living here in California's designated smoking area.

I know, Nevada isn't the end of the Earth, but you can see it from here. It lies just to our west.

Jake! Glad to see you again man. Didn't know where you disapeared too. I found you a set or forks you were looking for and the wheels you were looking for for the scoot, but after a post on here and an e-mail or two I kinda figured you took off like a few other folks. Hell If I knew you were comin' back I would have gotten them for you and kept them here! Cool scoot, don't they look better when they're in one peice even if they aren't the same color or even look all that nice. I'll keep my eye open for the parts you want still. Are you staying with Amals or are you swapping out? Let me know, I'm swapping to Mikuni's since I have access to them daily with ever jet you can think of.

Man - I just found this reply to me. Sorry about that - sheesh - posted in August!

Actually, I live just outside of....... Dayton.

I'm up on the side of a mountain, up toward Virginia City. I figure I can keep an eye on everyone from here, and I'm well out of the flood plain.
