Is this bad???

i am rebuilding a Super T-10 (my first time). last night after disassembling the main shaft i noticed damage on the reverse slider gear splines. i think this area is covered up the rear bearing retainer so it shouldnt be a problem(?). what do you guys think?

is this bad

Replace it, you will have problems later. Its not worth the chance you are taking, so replace now.
