From pictures looks like maybe your moving to fast, too fast of reducer, maybe try just a little more reducer about 10%. and slow down to where its going on nice and wet [just not to wet] On single stage I close off mixture screw and then open it up about 21/2 full turns this is a good starting point. If your putting down to much paint the gun can't spray it out smooth.And as said earlier if your doing this out side in the sun theres no way to not get peel.
