Balanced Rotating Assembly-Which One??

Probably going to be rebuilding my 350 SBC soon. Who/What is a good balanced rotating assembly for a mild 350 street motor? I'd like to have about 9-1/2 (+/-) to 1 CR with 64cc Vortec heads. I'm thinking about forged pistons & a good cast crank. Any advice or suggestions are appreciated.
