I'm bringing a tape measure.

Now there are links on top of the page for beer can chicken cookers.

Next week I plan on doing some ribs. That apple juice, brown sugar and soy sauce glaze is the bomb.

I have the rib craving now. I plan to cook the ribs the same way except some of them are going to get the glaze at the end. I used the same rub on the beer can chicken as those ribs

Anybody got a good "London Broil" recipe?
I have only used them to make Jerky with but I thought I'd try something different, if I can find a good recommended recipe. |

any of you guys had a honky hangi?? its food cooked in a drum and steamed like the maori people used to cook their food here. Its a lazy mans hangi as you dont have to dig a big pit and light a huge fire.I run a double burner under mine with 2 levels of food. There is a 2mm hole about 4 inches from the bottom which squirts out surplus liquids, and there is plenty that come out.My bottom rack is leg of lamb, rolled roast pork, pork belly and 3 chickens, next rack is all veges. You aint tasted nothing til you tried this food, it melts in ya mouth.I do 1 every year for friends and neighbours, always get a full turnout. The drum is a 44 gall drum modified with a pressure seal lid and ratchet lever held.

I have to pass on the Brinkman smoker. I was looking at them at the HD and the box said made in China. I was able to make some of the beer can chicken on a gas grill. I had 2 of them on there and had room for more. It turned out the same way as it did on the Weber. I used a pan instead of a skillet.
