BARRY GRANT DEMON 725cfm OR 625cfm

Hey guys
i got a small block 350 chev, with new flat top pistons, new bearings all around, high volume oil pump, comp 485ºlift 240ºdur cam, gear drive, edelbrock performer intake and acel ignition system, i also got new valve springs from an LT1 (stiffer) and i got all my valve seals done and valve guides done.

i was wondering if i should get the 625 ( ROAD DEMON ) or the 725 ( ROAD DEMON ) -- to me the 725 sounds more appropriate.

What carb?

I would go with the 625 CFM, and enjoy the nominally better low end response from it, and possibly the slightly better fuel mileage.
IF you have access to a dyno program, you will find that the larger carb will only help you in the upper RPM range. You might see a 4-5 HP gain at peak RPM, and probably wont see any power improvements below 3500-4000 RPM.
IF you already have the 625, go with it. IF you are still shopping for a carb, its up to you what you want to do with it.

Carburetor Size?

Boneyard Buick,

Based on the specs you've given a 625 Road Demon would be your best bet.
