base timing on 90 GMC Suburban 5.7eng

I would like some help on the spec on base timing on my 90 suburban with a 5.7 tbi engine. My service manual says to refer to the emissions sticker under the hood. Mine is missing. I have an idling issue, and would like this spec before I start troubleshooting. Can someone help?

should be zero degrees with the bypass wire disconnected. should be a single wire connector poking out of the wiring harness by the brake booster
