Base Under Base?
I just picked up a car for my kids to drive, it is a Toyota Avalon. The car could use a repaint on the front and rear bumper covers, the color is Ruby Pearl Metallic. To save on this high $ paint and I am thinking to help with color build, should I use a couple of coats of black base under my red base?
