Battery Cable Size:

I Changed out the old #6 Cable to a New #4 Cable & New 800 C.C.A. Battery. With New Starter.
On my '73 Ford Courier... 1750 c.c. Will any harm be done?

That is fine, the larger cable you installed will be able to handle more current. The lower the number the larger the cable

But, I'm Wondering if too much Amps, could burn the starter up sooner?

It Sure starts Faster!

No way, that is not how it works. The larger wire size only allows full voltage/amperage to reach the starter, the smaller wire size could restrict the voltage/amperage and not allow the starter to function at it's designed potential.
