bbc 468 combo help

I am building a bbc 468 hoping to make at least 600hp and torque. My question is I am needing help picking the right can I know I want a solid roller but don't know which one to choose and as far as the heads I have two sets of stock casting 049 and 390 and dont know which ones are the best to use. The 390 are fully work 2.19/1.88 valves, bowel work, chamber work and gasket match on intake and exhaust. I have a dart single plane 950 Holley compression around 11 open to any suggestions thanks

Into what will this motor be bolted? What will be it's primary purpose? Street only? Street/Strip? Strip only? Mud bog? What? Will the motor have to run on pump gas?

I have had great luck with cams around .660-.680 lift. With moderate durations and a 112 centerline. They are easy on parts, idle, take nitrous or street blowers well and make tons of power with GM casting heads.
