got a bbc 396 iam rebuilding budget build
the cam and lifters are in very good shape
now i cant find the cam specs on the net

camonics he 2544-d 112
and something i cant read h96 or h69

can someone help Me out thank

OK i measure 0.226 on a lobe and 0.234 on the other with a digital slide rule,
if i go round the cam lobe

if i do 0.226x1.7=0.384 valve lift and 0.234x1.7=0.398 valve lift

and the 112 would be centerline
so this is a low performance cam and i need a medium performance cam
well give me some ideas what you think would be a nice cam

but iam porting them in the bowl and match the big oval high rise intake
to it there is just enough material to do it.
stock exhaust manifolds 2.5 to singel 3inch muffler ported to match heads

stock rocker arms still need to buy rocker arms maybee full roller
stock hei

goal is 300 real flywheel hp
