BBC Copper head gaskets O-ringed block

What does every body use on their copper head gaskets, I use Hylomar, I've heard people say they use spray copper coat, hi tach, etc.
I can see where the spray stuff would be easier to apply, but does it work that good?

What would be the best and most reliable?

I've Had the best luck with just a small bead of RTV around each water jacket hole. I've used about every method around, from hylomar, pine tar, spray tak...spray paint....etc... this is what has worked the best for me...your milage may vary.
