Bear claws in a Model A

I have a customer car in the shop and it is a 29 Tudor sedan and he insist on me putting bear claw latches in it. How can I do this and still run the outside original handles without moving the window track? Any help would be great.

I used a set of the "Mini" bearclaws. Mounted the latch a bit lower than the stocker. Then used a cable and pulley arangement to get around the window track. Worked great.
