bed liner removel

ok i have a 2011 f250 long box and i want to remove the bed liner how do i remove the rail caps so i can remove the liner?
any help would be great

These are a "pleasure" to remove. A pair of pliers to squeeze the two halves of the clips together that you will see if you lay on your back in the bed and look up at the underside of the rail is usually all you need. The ones nearest the cab is a b###h There are, if I recall (been a while) at least a half dozen of those snap in clips. A second person to help keep some tension on the rail will help too. Fair warning - there may also be glue or two sided tape on the underside as well if a stealership needed to do a quick and cheap repair. You may also break some of those clips - then your repair is that tape(glue) or a ~$110 each replacement
