you can also go to the edit menu and one of the options is transform. Under that menu are some things like distort and perspective that can help you make the wheels fit. Also, keep track of your layers. Every time you paste something it becomes a new layer until you exicute the merge command. Another hint, when something is selected, by swithcing the tool to the arrow, you can move it without going through the cut-paste routine, but beware it doesn't create a new layer. Lastly, don't be afraid to try something, you can always undo it or go back in the history (on the right hand side of the window). one more thing, polygonanal lasso is the best for selecting stuff by tracing a line. Zoom in and click often to fallow a line. Also the Magnetic lasso will automaitcally fallow a line, but it can be fooled and fallow the wrong line easily, so be careful...

One more thing, to change color, use the magic wand and the hint about adding to selections to select all of the color that you want to change. Then go to adjust under image menu. Levels, Curves, colorbalance, hue and saturation and others will help change the color of the car. Just play around with them and see what they do.
