Isn't this just extra heat and weight without gain - except for looks?

lol........ 1 more....... lol..... lets wait and see how this second one does, and 33willys..... I sure hope it doesnt gain anymore power, 505 cubic inches, aluminum heads, roller cam, 430 gear with a spool..... I do not want anymore power.......lol
Bill.... I ask some troopers here in Tn to see if they had such a rule and they said they didnt know of any, but this was when I had only 1 blower and no 4 inch spacer under the first one, they told me as long as I wasnt doing anything crazy, they didnt have a problem with it.....

Now, you could do something like I have on the shelf... a blower case that was sheeted off inside - works just like a tunnel ram. I welded aluminum box through each area the carb sat over to eliminate all the volume inside. You bolt everything on just like a blower and nobody knows the difference. Then you would have no more heat gain in your air/gas charge from both blowers creating heat.

Thanks 33 and I talked to Don Hampton of Hampton blowers about the setup, he had never stacked one and didnt really know what difference it would make, he talked about something like your talking about, he said to take the rotors out of the bottom one and it would kind of be like sitting a blower on a big high rise intake....... talked to the guys at bds and they thought the oppisite, take the rotors out of the top one...... well.... I'm really interested in what it will do with the rotors left in both, so thats what I want to try..... everyone seems to be guessing because not many people have done this and I'm an honest guy who will tell you the truth.... my motor is a FrEaKiN mOnStEr just the way it is with one blower, so I'm gonna try to set this deal back up with the same pulley sizes and if it makes the motor run better or worse, I will be honest and tell you.
Truthfully as I said, I do not want it to run better, its crazy powered now, but we'll never know unless we try it.
When I first started to look for another blower I thought of something like you have but without the welding, just an open case, wish I'd have known you before I bought this second blower, but we wouldnt know what it does with 2 fully functional blowers on top a big block.
you have this case your talking about, have you stacked a blower and used the setup your talking about ? did it help, hurt or make any difference at all ? is it chrome and would you sell it ?........ Thanks
you can send me a private message and we can swap emails if needed.
Thank you again...... Eddie

What kind of an interior are you talking about here? And how are you going to go about with the double blower set-up? How huge is it going to be?

what kind of interior ?
4 bucket seats, a custom console from dash to package tray with tuner, dvd player, 7 inch monitor, lights and cup holders and a custom hard headliner..... all done with red and black leather.....

how am I going to go about it ? and how huge is it gonna be ?
did you look at the pictures of it mocked up ?
"if your motor sticks up out of your hood, higher than the roof of your car"
its either HUGE or Jeff Foxworthy might finish that statement with
"Youuuuuuu might be a redneck".......hahahahahahahahaha....
I could just hear him say that.....lol
