BenWil lift repair parts needed

Due to a move to a shop with a lower ceiling height (and much lower rent), I swapped my 140" tall Rotary two-post lift for a Benwil BW-9.

I am in need of a few parts. A parts book can be found (look on page 21) at

The parts needed are (OEM numbers) 300216-7 and 300216-5. These are "Restraining Bar-Front Arm" and "Restraining Bar-Rear Arm", respectively. They are part of the locking mechanism for the arms.

I have one in my possession. It is 3/4" diameter and about 9-1/2" long, and I suspect it is the shorter rear bar.

Parts suppliers I have contacted don't have any in stock. I found a guy who will machine some at $75 a bar (which seems high).

Advice? Suggestions?
