O-ring the block if you are having problems, are you retorqueing the heads after running the engine after installation? I have found that non-retorqueing gaskets are anything but...they always need retorqueing when I check the torque on them.

Yes i allways retorque never trusted the No Retorque Deal!I have no problems till i get to about 12 lbs boost it doesn't blow the gaskets they start leaking or weaping pres to the cooling system , no overheating just a lot pres build up in rad running a 22 pound cap that tests to about 20 i have presgauge in the system i can see run up after running hard but never when just running around. yes time to o-ring or just be happy with the 6-8 pounds and no Cam 2 to buy!You know this HP thing is a MADDNESS!
