Best plastic adhesive

I'm making a custom trunk cover for my buddy. I'm trying to attach fiberglass to plastic (plastic is flexible) It looks pretty good, except in couple of spots it doesn't want to stick real well. I've tried using flexible bumper cover putty, 2K SEM glue. What else can I try?

I'm with 35window, that pro grad stuff is the way to go.
