Best way to raise the rear end on 66 Nova?

The rear tires on my 66 Nova rub if I go over heavier bumps. I wondered if there is any way to raise or extend the shock mounts to accomplish a lift.

The simplest and easiest way would be a set of air shocks.

Air shocks work, but if they go flat, you have rubbage again. Find a local spring shop that can re-arch the rear springs. If you do use air shocks, be sure you plumb the air lines separately. Otherwise the body will roll excessively in turns.
