big block cyl. head casting

i am trying to figure out what kind of heads these are. casting # is 8981068, so i can figure out what kind of plug to use. the first half inch of the plug hole is not threaded, only the bottom half is. it needs to be a long reach plug. i have not run across this before. these are possibly some aftermarket cast heads. thanks

Old Champion "N" series plugs. The heads are 3931063 it is easy to read the 3 as an eight http://outintheshop.com/faq/casting/castings2.html or http://web.archive.org/web/200805160...om/castnum.htm
