I've recently come up with some ideas for my 85' GMC Jimmy Sierra Classic.
I've removed the doors and rear cab from it so now I need to make it a little more rugged and durable to help prevent mother nature from having her way with it.
I'm planning neoprene seat covers for the front bucket seats and the rear bench seat, black and red if possible.
I've also removed all the carpet interior so now I need to see about getting a paint on bed liner to protect the floorboards.
For the rear side panels I plan on purchasing some used water proof speakers, and 2 sheets of 4'x8' Diamond Plate. Here
is an example of what the rear should look like once its done... I'm going to need to seal the area between the diamond plate and the body. I'm concerned with the sturdiness of the diamond plate and how to protect it from punctures and dents, I'm thinking I might need to place a piece of plywood behind it for support.
As for the rest fellas, I'm kind of stuck such as the dash board, and other things.
Any other ideas or suggestions would be a great help and I'll try to let yall know how things are going as I continue my project.
