Hey guys, hows it going for everyone? I hope well...... the winter blues is in full bloom in Mo, Blahhhhh! I finished this a few days ago, almost finished.. i thought i would share it.

This peice is so large it's a life...size peice. I have 20 hours alone in the drawing, and 17 hours in chalk work. here is the drawing as well. Thanks so much for the compliments guys, and good luck in Feb, art contest.

Do you scan this to upload it or take a photo of it?

I took a photo of it Matt it's really a large size, I could get it scanned and it would look better, the pic does it no justice. I'm just old school I guess...lol! I would like to give photoshop a try but I've always drawn and I'm self taught in everything I do, although I was really given some great instruction from a NASCAR artist friend of mine. I had a brain injury in 03 from a bike accident and he got me drawing again. By the way your art is awesome.

I just recently did some artwork (non-car artwork) by hand and had a hard time scanning it in to make it look good. Nice job taking a photo.

I think that's an art in itself - taking artwork photos. It's especially difficult when you're like me - not having the best camera, and not knowing a whole lot about photography! I'm sure those large bed scanners are priced way out of range, so I guess taking a photo is the easiest alternative.

BB, your so right man...it is art! I really enjoy all the conversation here on art.
