Billet Aluminum Bolt Covers HELP ???

Anyone know where to buy Billet Aluminum Bolt Covers ??

They are round with a O-ring type sill on the inside of them and come in different sizes. You see them alot on the back side of street rod bumper bolts.

Last year I was looking for bolt Caps and found a place In New York State that offered them by what they called "Trays"-they would make up a "Tray" with whatever sizes you wanted-I have been looking and cannot find that Link-I'll keep looking-

Daddy is looking for them. He said a place in Cedartown, GA called Hi-Tech Aluminum Products, Inc made them at one time. We found out they called them Tech caps. Well we found a number on the net and when you call it, it sounds like a porn phone number 411 dose not have anything eather.

Bolt Covers

I have yet to find the bolt covers. Aluminum ones with the rubber ring in side of them. Hi-Tech use to make them has anyone had any luck. If you know where to get them let me know. Thanks.
