AutoLoc (Hoffman Group) sells polished & satin interior door pulls & handles. The pulls are designed to fit flush in an armrest. See them at www.thehoffmangroup.com

Don't laugh, but I saw some really neat looking brushed & polished aluminum pulls in Lowe's Building Supplies today. You'd have to drill them out, but quite a few didn't look like cabinet hardware.

I bought a really nice pair from Billet specialties for my coupe, they are the same dimensions as the autoloc ones, but the finish and polish are great! I replaced a set of roddoors pulls without modification!
