Billet oval air cleaners
I'm using a 15" oval aluminum air cleaner on my vehicle. The element is only 2 inches high. I want to go with a 3-4 inch tall element. I know K&N makes one but the element costs more than the whole air cleaner. I heard you can take a Fram air cleaner and make it work on a oval air cleaner. Anyone do this trick? Part numbers on a element that would work?

Just buy one more 2" and put it on top of the one you already have..?
