Bilstein shocks

Anyone running the Bilstein 4600 series "heavy duty" shocks on their truck. I have an '02 F-250 PSD, 125,000 miles and the original shocks. I know the stockers are pretty much worthless new, I've had Bilstein's in the past just never on a big truck. Also upgrading to 18" wheels and Toyo Open Country A/T ll 285/75/18's....ought to make a big difference in the ride and looks dept. I'll post before and after pics when done.....Dave

Yea, after 11 years figured I should take care of a few things. Gonna keep it forever...till one of us croaks anyway.
