I have the same problem with my blown sbc.But its common with a blower motor,because your not in boost very often on the street your not creating much cylinder pressure to burn all that extra fuel.I put a hotter plug in mine and it helped a little,the only other thing is to advance your timing more.This is the catch 22 with a blown street engine.
