About 17 years ago I bought a Scat-Blast model 930. I used my tax refund money to pay for it. It has a foot control for the air, a vacuum to suck out the dust, and has a light. Also it is big enough to put a 16" truck wheel in and move it around to get all of it. I have absolutely no regrets on buying it. It has served me well. I don't remember the cfm it uses. I have the regulator set at 85 psi and while blasting the compressor will start , pump up and shut off. My comp is a 7.5 hp 30 cfm so I don't know how your comp would do.

Thanks for the feedback. After looking at those sites I might try to build my own. While surfing the net I found an interesting cabinet, take a look at www.barrelblaster.com
