blazer transmission slipping

My 96 blazer has a occasional slip in the trans. It has a lot of miles on it and i really dont want to change the tranny and the slip is not really that bad its only once in a while. A mechanic freind of mine suggested trying a wynns 2 part product that you pour in then drain and change oil and filter and add the other conditioner to it with the new oil. He said it worked really good for him in a older dodge truck he had where the tranny was slipping really bad. Problem is i cant find this stuff anywhere does anyone know of another product i could try that they have had some success with? Thanks really appreciate all the help from this site.
