I know this is a little late but I use Shermin Williams. The Stabilizer is used like a reducer but is exclusive for the Ultra 7000 line base coat, it is like the Dupont Chroma line, you don't just regular reducer in your paint. If you have used the ultra 7000 line you know how good it covers. To blend spray S65 down in a med wet coat over entire panel, wait normal in between coat times, then spray over area you want to cover. There is also a product called Rapid Cover, that you mix in your color 3/2 to cover quickly and then coat with your color. I really like the SW Ultra 7000 line but I live in a rural area and my supplier just switched over to BASF, so now I have a new learning curve to go through.

Short answer, S65 is the blender you desire.
