Blinker problem, Please help!!

I have a Dodge Durango that is driveing me nuts.
The left turn signal blings like I have a bad ground (blinks real fast). The right blinker works fine. The bulbs are good and have a good connection. When I turn on my 4 way flashers the left signal works fine and the right blinker stops working.

One more thing is where in the world is the 4 way flasher located? The parts store told me it was in the power control panel under the hood. They were wrong. It seems like I have to go to Dodge to get a new flasher. I checked with Auto Zone and Advance Auto and they can not get them.

Any help would be great. Thanks Keith

Do not assume all your bulbs are good just because they are working. Pull them all and visually inspect the filaments to see if any have broken and bridged over to the other filament (dual filament bulbs). I have seen this cause some real weird problems and has lead to the replacement of many good turn signal switches.
