blistered clear coat
I just painted a 73' k5 blazer with base coat clear coat and waited a month to wet sand and buff. all i have buffed is the hood so far. while buffing i noticed blisters popping up so bad i have to repaint the hood and iam afraid to go any further with the rest of the truck without finding out what my problem is and how to avoid causing further problems. thank you. To much base too fast and not enough flash time.....The base was still emitting solvents when you cleared it and the clear traped the solvents causing bubbles or it could be you waited TOO long before clearing and the clear didnt stick well...try scraping it off with a razor blade,it should come right off....theres no fix it has to come off and be redone.

how was the prep done? did you strip the old paint?
