blitz black and glazing putty-any comparability issues?

So Im in the middle of my first paint job. I shot my 1988 wrangler with blitz black. As expected I've noticed a few spots I'm less than happy with. Do any of the body gurus know if ill run into problems if I just scuff the blitz black skim coat then blend and rerespray? Is goin back to bare metal necessary?

Thanks a lot for helpling a Newb.
