Block prep work again

Hi,thanks to everyone with advice! one final question:
The block has the water level just in the bolt hole threads can i just replace bolts with sealer on them even though they will screw into the water filled hole,had real problems draining the rest of the water out!

I think the water will dilute the sealer somewhat at the bottom of the threads, probably not a huge deal. If you can't tip the motor, I'd suck the water out somehow.

Yes, if you're really that worried about it just use white plumbers tape.
