If the PCV valve is in the drivers side of the engine, that cover needs a baffle under the hole. You can actually just pull the valve out and shine a flashlight in there and look. If you see the head, there is NO baffle. There "may" be bosses and holes in the cover for an "optional" baffle, if they did not come with one.

The cover that does NOT have the PCV valve does not really need a baffle. It's nice but not required.
