blower question? for b&m High energy

I have a blower question? for b&m High energy blower.

Does anybody know what size it is? It was a kit that PAW put out in late 80's It was a kit that went with a 383 stroker with a B&M low profile hi energy blower. Does anybody know what size this is? How much boost it has & anything else that would help set this back up. I have the whole setup except the blower is broken (snout is bad) I can use any info about this setup. It was advertized at 486 hp torque was almost the same within +/- 5% of hp. You can e-mail me at ****************

Thanks guys!

I today run a Weiand 250 SBC blower, essentially a 4:71 in swept volume, and previously ran on a SBC 355 a B & M 142/144 blower. That dates back to the late 1980s. The B & M I used is, again in swept volume, basically equal to a GMC 2:53. Inviting other commenters to correct me if I am wrong, my memory is that Weiand, now part of Holley, bought out the B & M blower series sometime in the later 1980s or early to mid 1990s. Given that history, if my memory is correct, today's Weiand/ Holley should have info about the Performance Auto Warehouse (PAW) marketed product you describe. One thing for you to check: how many lobes are there on the blower rotors ? Again inviting others to correct if I a wrong, designs based upon GMC "53" series blower had two lobes on each rotor , while "71" series blowers had three.

Posting your personal email is addressed in the Board Guidelines, and says:

"Don't post your email address on the board in an effort to encourage technical conversations by email. When you discuss hotrodding on the bulletin board, the text of your discussion gets permanently saved, and made searchable by anyone. When you engage in a hotrodding discussion by email, it essentially gets "discarded" when you're done."

You should get plenty of responses on the board.
