Blown ad stroked

so with a tall deck dart sbc 9.325 with 4" stroke, je forged 32cc with 1.445 height and a 5.85 rod, brand yet to be determined . That puts it at .030 in hole. I have never built a tall deck blown motor. Is there any negative impacts from this set up? And negative Impacts of shaving deck down .030?

Your rs ratio is pretty bad, you can fit in a longer rod if you haven't ordered any yet. It will help wear and balancing.

Was trying to just fit together without ordering custom pistons, can't find an off shelf piston to fit 6" rod unless I'm missing something

the LS-427 is very popular in the turbo charger community. These people are making over 1000 HP in the street cars. The parts are readily available.
The talldeck generation one guys build 472s when they dont want a big block. The gen 1 434 low deck has many choices for pistons with little or no wait.Heads are available with 80 cc combustion chambers. Its hard for us to second guess what the final goal is and best way to get there?

I Second the Ls engine suggestion. It's a better design and will cost about the same. No reason not to go that route. You can still get an aftermarket block and go with a stroked and blown combo.
