The cam is a tad on the big side if you want pulling power, but it'll give you a decent sound and it sounds like that may be important for this project. If sound is a concern I would also tighten the LSA up to a 110-112 and shorten your intake duration by a few degrees. DON'T go any bigger. You don't want a power peak over 6,000 RPM. ideally for a street engine you want it to peak around 5000 RPM so you'll have more power where you'll use it.
If it were my build I would be running a cam with about 215/225 on a 112LSA.
With your cam 8.5:1 compression will help off idle response, but any higher than that and you'll really be sacrificing some power.
