Check out the plate for a blower by Autotrends EFI. It lets you run the bugcatcher on top.

4) P.S., if you look at the 5" external filter, it appears to be about the same size (possibly smaller) than a filter you might find on a stock 350. Therefore, how much restriction are we really talking about here?

Thanks for all the help. I had some unexpected things come up and had to put my C10 on the back burner. I hope to work on it this weekend and I will check the fuse and do the things everyone suggested. Thanks again for the input
