What are you going to cover it with? It will make a difference. Not being to familiar with your car, is the transition a sharp angle or a smooth transition? You might try taking a razor blade and scoring the material every 1/2 inch or so. Not all the way through but enough to allow the roof side to open up and the interior side to compress. this will allow for a nice curve to form. Then you if your using a cloth type material try buying the headliner stuff with the foam backing, it will help cover some of the ruff spots.

Regards
Mark

I don't know much about interior work but I us the blue board a lot you need to check your glue on the board some type's of glue will melt the board But they make an ISO insulation we use on the roof and a thin fan fold Styrofoam board that has a paper backing that the glue want melt if you can find a roofing company that does flat roof maybe the can spare a few or maybe you can buy some through them.

I forgot to tell you we use a foam type glue called insta-stick to glue the blue and pink and white boards to about any clean surface's most liquid glue's (windshield, super glue etc) melt the boards. I don't know about the spray adhesive you would use to glue the cloth or vinyl. I would test and see!

No good. Not flexable enough.
