body drops require alot of mods to the body and wheel wells ... how you do it also depends on how muchof a drp you already have suspension-wise, and what your wheel/tire combo is
theres also 3 major styles of body drop .... stock FRAME and stock FLOOR stock floor BD's require replacing the frame rails with shorter (height) tubing stock frame BD's require floor mods theres ALOT that goes into this type of work, and the best way to start is to research how others have done it , http://www.ifcustom.com/projects/sub...s/archives.htm is a good place to start, as body drops are one of ifcusto's favorite mods |

body drop
I'm running 2600 'bags front and back, 235/60-15 in front and 315/60-15 drag radials in back. It's got a cool musclecar stance now, but could use 3". Wheel well clearance should not be a problem. I see about 2'' of space between my stock floor and frame. Is it possible to lower the body mounts on the frame, and massage 1" out of the floor to gain 3" of drop? Or is that cheezy?
