body lift bumper brackets

where can i get bumper brackets for my c20 with a 2 inch body lift ? is there a vendor who sells these or are they custom made ?oh yeah its a 1984 all replies appreciated thanx in advance guys

I take it that you need to move the bumper up 2 inches to match the truck body again...I think those will need to be made..perhaps some flat plate and drill some holes for the mounting bolts..
