Body mount bushings

I have the fiberglass body, I have the body to frame welting. Is there any other bushings needed in addition to the welting?

For those with fiberglass bodies, what have you and are you using?

Uhmmm... This would be an EXCELLANT question to ask the manufacturer of your body... Which you don't mention in your post... or even say what it is... A Corvette is fiberglass as well as a Manx Dunebuggy body and I am sure the makers would have mounting suggestions for those...

Astro,

I know, threw out the questions prior to calling Outlaw Performance. For the Chevy Sedan I have, all I need is the welting between the body and the frame. They matched and aligned the two together upon manufacture.
And no, I don't need any bushings in between the frame mounts.

Welting ?

I have a new 33 Vicky fiberglass body from Atlanta Street Rods, and a chassis
from them as well. My question is, do I use welting or bushings to go between
the body and the chassis ? what kind ? how thick ? what material ?
When I bought this project second hand, the body was just sitting on the chassis. I did send Alanta Street Rods an e-mail, but I have not gotten any response yet.
I'm an X-drag racer and new to the street rod scene so please go easy on this new old guy please !

I would call Atlanta street rods, and get the answer, It really would be very hard for anybody here to answer your questions. unless someone here has used that body and frame, and then they have to read the thread.
