Body swap 98 s10 blazer to 98 s10 frame

Hey. I'm currently in need of a vehicle that has a larger seating capacity than my current single cab S10. I have someone willing to trade me a 98 S10 Blazer for my Mustang the Blazer engine and frame is all rusted out cause its sat for over 5 years. My Mustang is a project but cranks up and runs. I don't have the money to buy another vehicle so I was wondering if I could take the body of the 98 S10 Blazer and put on my 98 S10 frame and use the S10 engine. Can I actually do this or are the dimensions to different?

This sounds like a dead horse, there were too many options between these trucks. It would be a miracle if they match-up.

"the Blazer engine and frame is all rusted out cause its sat for over 5 years."

the body would have rusted off the Blazer before the frame would rust thru.

IF the Blazer is useable, all of the bolt-on accessories should swap over. Check out the brake and fuel lines and swap the engine/trans.

Good luck with it.
